Si je n'avais pas jeté un oeil aux crédits, j'aurais juré qu'il s'agissait là de tout un orchestre. Hé non, nous avons affaire à un trio ! Autrement dit, on sait déjà qu'il y a une grande maîtrise du mixage et des arrangements. Mais ce n'est pas tout : le garçon, l'oiseau et la bête feraient passer The divine comedy pour des amateurs, de par le côté moins pop et donc plus personnel de leur musique. Respect ! Poesy Rider

Now what's the English term for "Wundertüte", because that's what this is! A "lucky bag" or "grab bag" maybe...? Meaning, that if you randomly pick a track from this album, it's absolutely impossible to predict what you get! Styles stretch from crimsoid stuff (with or without vitriolic lyrics) to ambient over 60s hommages to a beautiful almost-pop ballad (except it's in 13/8!).
